SDHP Initiatives

SDHP has formed partnerships with funders and other agencies throughout the Commonwealth to establish programs that:

• Educate the community about self-determination, advocacy and housing options
• Assisting people with disabilities who desire to purchase or rent their own homes.
• Identify local resources for self-determination including fair housing rights and regulations, home modification funds
• Provide technical assistance, training

Provide a network of important contacts in order to advocate effectively
